Mt Hikurangi

East Cape Road Trip
Needing to escape the onslaught of Christmas chaos enveloping Auckland City, we decided to take a road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway around the East Cape.

Nothern Circuit, Tongariro National Park
We decided to take a long weekend to do the Northern Circuit, before battling the chaos of the Christmas holidays.
The Northern Circuit is typically a 3 - 4 day 40km tramp around Mt Ngauruhoe.
